Nigel Spencer Ley specialises in personal injury, clinical negligence and related solicitors’ negligence work. He is a member of APIL and PIBA. He has lectured on personal injury law for the JSB and Cambridge University and regularly contributes articles on personal injury and clinical negligence law to legal journals. He is the co-author of the Claims for Wrongful Birth chapter in Kemp & Kemp. He has a particular interest in work-related upper limb disorders.
